A: We are grateful that our best-selling, award-winning Collagen Elixir is in exceptionally high demand. Due to this high demand and the historic widespread container ship traffic jam off the coast of California, we are experiencing lengthy shipping delays. Q: What is Isagenix doing to help with these delays?
A: While we can’t control the congestion at the ports, we can take action to uphold our commitment to always putting our Customers first. To alleviate the amount of our product involved in the ship port congestion, Isagenix is investing millions of dollars in air freight to continue moving product to our warehouses. Isagenix and our partners are working around the clock, have hired additional staff, extended hours, and are working 7 days a week to get orders to you as soon as possible. Our goal is to speed up the supply chain while maintaining our no-compromise commitment to quality.
Q: What is the current delay time frame?
A: From the date the product is ordered, delays are currently averaging 10-14 business days until it is ready to ship. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Isagenix with a tracking number.
Q: How long will these delays last?
A: We expect delays to last through April, but will continue to provide updates.
Q: How will I know when my product ships and where can I track my order?
A: Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, which is currently 10-14 business days from the date you placed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Isagenix. In that email, you will find your shipment tracking number from the carrier. Please keep in mind that with increased online shopping, delivery services expect to see higher-than-normal shipping volumes. Additionally, the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and inclement weather can result in longer than normal shipping times
Q: My Lifestyle Rewards for Collagen Elixir is about to process, but I haven’t received my last shipment of Collagen Elixir yet, what should I do?
A: We recommend allowing your Lifestyle Rewards order for Collagen Elixir to process “as is.” That way you know you have additional product coming even though it will take some extra time to get to you due to the delays. You can also choose to adjust your Lifestyle Rewards prior to its Adjust your Lifestyle Rewards in one of the following ways: through your Isagenix account in the Lifestyle Rewards section, using the 24/7 Virtual Assistant chat option found on the Contact Us page, or by emailing support@isagenixcorp.com. You may also choose to call Customer Care at 877.877.8111 and choose the dedicated line option for Collagen Elixir. Please keep in mind that there may be extended wait times.
Q: What happens if I run out of Elixir before my next order arrives?
A: The current delay time frame is not extensive enough to negatively impact your achieved results. If desired, you may supplement Elixir with Collagen Bone Broth because that also provides Type 1 collagen. Once you receive your Collagen Elixir order, resume consuming one serving per day, and consider placing your next product order sooner than you may need it due to the delays.
